Pulley chain to pull the base down to put a font of oil inside to light. 19 inches tall with chains 4 inch top and bottom fitters 5 inch diameter. No chips, cracks or damage. All chains in working order. Brass top with teeth attaches and then teeth bend up to keep in place.
