Frankart Lamp Table Lamp Art Deco Lamp Green Nymph. Collectible and functional art from Frankart, Inc. New York, NY 1928. Patinated metal lamp in Roman Green finish, nude female silhouette figure, arms outstretched standing before a frosted glass panel background, on a rectangular base also in green finish, with a New York skyscraper form. Marked 1928 Frankart, pat. Item is pictured in Kovel’s 2009 Antique Book. Professionally restored by us in early’90s, but damaged in 1994 – see photos for hole in top of figural head, chipped finish on top and back of figural head, and chipped finish on figural arm, base and feet. Overall, good vintage condition although shows signs of its age (including crackled finish on lamp assembly). Professionally rewired, lamp works as it should (looks best with low watt tubular light bulb). White frosted glass, believed to be original. Approx 10 1/4″ tall x 6″ wide x 5 deep.
