We offer Art Deco, vintage & antique style lighting for people who appreciate classic design, solid materials and beautiful details. ANTIQUE VINTAGE OLD ART DECO NOUVEAU BRASS MERMAID WALL SCONCES LIGHT LAMP 1 PC. Dramatic matching pair of decorative figural wall sconces featuring sculptural winged female or mermaid-like figures in an antique brass-tone finish. Each figure holds an upright torch-style light fitted with a large round frosted glass globe, creating an impressive symmetrical presentation when displayed as a pair. The metalwork is richly detailed throughout, with pronounced wings, flowing classical-style forms, scale-textured curled tails, decorative scrolls, leaf-inspired globe holders, and shaped wall backplates. The sculptural combination of a female figure, wings, and aquatic tail gives these sconces a distinctive mythological and fantasy-inspired character. The frosted white glass globe shades are decorated with scattered cut or etched starburst motifs. When illuminated, the globes diffuse a warm, soft light while the star details remain visible, creating an especially attractive atmospheric effect. The warm brass-tone metalwork contrasts beautifully with the white glass. These statement wall lights have strong Art Deco, neoclassical, fantasy, and revival-style influences and would make distinctive accent lighting for an entryway, hallway, living room, bedroom, library, home theater, boutique, restaurant, hotel, or other period-inspired interior. The matching pair is particularly well suited for placement on either side of a mirror, fireplace, doorway, artwork, or architectural feature.
