A genuine piece of architectural salvage – this vintage EXIT sign lens/globe is molded from thick opal glass with a deep red enamel finish and cut-out white lettering, reading “EXIT” clearly from both sides. The tombstone-shaped dome has a hollow cylindrical back opening designed to mount over an illuminated fixture, so the sign would glow when lit. With its rounded shoulders, glossy enamel surface, and honest wear from decades of service, this is a fantastic find for collectors of vintage signage, industrial lighting, man-cave decor, or anyone restoring a period space.
