Original DOUGLAS DC-3 ART DECO COLBALT BLUE GLASS AIR PLANE TABLE LAMP 1930s
This is an original, not a 70s repo. The chrome should be considered excellent. If you compare it to the other old ones out there, it is very nice. There is only some pitting here and there on it. There are a couple of unusual features on this one. If you look at the bottom it does not have a patent number. It has a glass blowers blow hole. This may have predated a patent and maybe the blowing mold these were made from. The other thing I noticed is this one, when lighted shows a purple color. Don’t show that as well, but definitley seen in person. They do run warm with the bulb in it. I would recommend switching to an led bulb.
