Vintage Art Deco Chrome Table Lamp General Electric 1930s 40s Hollywood Regency
Very nice working Vintage Art Deco General Electric Chrome Table Lamp from the 1930s or early 40s. The lamp base has impressed GE catalog number 59G418, and I’m not sure if that’s the light code or lamp model number because I’ve seen other lamps that were different from General Electric with the same catalog number. I’m pretty sure this was rewired sometime in it’s life from looking at the base and cord, and cord is non polarized, but not GE cord and looks 50s. The ring material looks like slag glass, but I’m sure it’s some hard plastic, and I’m not sure if it’s bakelite or not.
