The patent date is 1926, and this version is 202. Vintage Art Nouveau 1926 Fortune Teller Woman Chalkware Lamp Incense Perfumer Up for sale is this rare antique chalkware lamp and incense burner/perfumer. This particular lamp features elephant heads on the sides, a fortune teller peering into a “cauldron” and red glass jewels. When the lamp is lit, the red glass glows and the light illuminates the woman’s face. When lit up, the hot air from the lamp hits the spinner, making the light move on her face, as well as moving the incense around if you are burning it. It comes with a small red fan that is to help draw the incense up to move around the woman’s face that sits atop a rod that wraps around the light bulb. (Which Is Rare To Find Still Included). This could possibly be restored in the future if someone was interested in doing so. Original electrical wiring and plug, which to alot of people may seem a little sketchy and may want it rewired, or keep its originality. It stands 16″ tall, is 8″ wide and 8 deep. Does have some chips and wear as it is nearly 100 years old, view pics closely for imperfections.
