Beautiful figurine made into a lamp. We are offering an antique art deco porcelain figurine turned lamp, with the lamp measuring about 26.5-31.25 high overall. Base measures 5.75 wide. The figurine measuring about 13″ tall x 4.5″ wide x 4 deep at base. All hand painted in beautiful colors. The figurine seems to be after Isadora Duncan, the famous dancer that used scarfs in her routine The base is beautifully detailed in an arabesque style that contrasts well with the bold posture of the art deco figurine. The figurine is a quintessentially 1920s dancer with a floral cloth draped to accentuate the body. This piece is the perfect addition to any collection. We are not able to remove the figurine to see the mark. The lamp was made around the porcelain figurine, glued to the brass base, so as to not hurt the figurine. From our research, it looks like Goldscheider. Good condition with some crazing of the porcelain. The base of the figurine, around the dancer’s feet, has been repaired but is not overtly noticeable. The lamp works but is stuck in the on position (the lamp must be unplugged to turn it off). Base has a felt cover. 3 stkd 12’s or lamp box. Floral Deco Lady Lamp. Feedback terms coming soon.
