I cannot find the Ikora stamp. It may be hidden in the base. Height, Full: 27 base to finial. Height, Base:15.5 lamp base. Diameter: 6 diameter base. Weight: 6.10 lbs. Very good condition for its age. It is free of chips or cracks but there are some minor scratches. I’ve included 1 photo of the original cardboard drum lampshade that is very damaged.
