Austrian pottery Wiener Werkstatte style lamp Art Deco 1920s. This is a wonderful Austrian lamp from the 1920s that has a Wiener Werkstatte style flair to it. Possibly produced by Wiener Kunstkeramisch and designed by Johanna Meier-Michel. The lamp is 23 1/2 inches high overall with a 7 1/2 inch wide base. The pottery lady is just short of 12 inches by herself. She has a wonderful array of colors. Her dress is a yellow/green color, she has a blue top and holding a basket of flowers. She rests on a brass base that has a nice floral design. The rest of the lamp is brass also and has a 2 inch adjustment for the shade at the very top. There is a very tiny nick in her hair and on the edge of her dress. There is a tight hairline running up the side of her dress that starts at the bottom and is 3 1/2 inches long. The hairline is hidden behind the lamp rod that runs behind her and can’t be seen. There are some numbers (2139) impressed on the inside of her dress.
