Vintage Art Deco Gold Polychrome Cast Iron Floral Claw Foot 2 Socket Floor Lamp
This is an original antique (early 20th century) cast iron and brass two-socket floor lamp with incredible detail including large cast iron floral decorations on the post, and four fluted columns and claw feet on the base. The original polychrome finish is intact in gold, green, and brown-black. There are some areas of wear to the paint and a naturally aged patina overall, but nothing is cracked, broken, or repaired, the lamp stands up straight, and is solid, sturdy, and fully functional. It has been rewired, but the original sockets are probably intact. Both have been tested and are working. The finial is missing from the top but there is a nut screwed on in it’s place to hold a shade. The lamp measures 60 3/4″ H x 9 1/2″ square at the bottom.
