Vintage Art Deco Milk Glass Schoolhouse Ceiling Light Fixture Lamp
This is an original vintage (early-mid 20th century) electric schoolhouse ceiling light fixture with original art deco milk glass globe. The fixture has a pull chain, was tested, and is working. The globe has one repair on the edge where there was a small hole in the glass. There are no cracks, just the one hole that has been filled with a translucent glue that blends in fairly well (please see photos). There are a few tiny flakes around the top edge of the globe where it fits inside the fixture, but no other damage anywhere. The metal fixture has some spottiness to the finish and a naturally aged patina overall. The entire piece is sturdy, solid, and fully functional. The fixture measures 16 1/2″ from top to bottom, 14″ in diameter at the shade, and the shade fitter measures 5 3/4 in diameter.
