WOW what a stunner. A fab CATALIN PHENOLIC ART DECO table lamp. Super ribbed catalin central stem set with antique metal details. Married up with a wonderful RARE complimentary Esso shaped shade with gold leaf details that mirrors the lamp beautifully in a super caramel hue that sets off the orange catalin. This is a genuine quality vintage lamp from the DECO age of the thirties. In in good condition for an item in excess of 75 years old. Please see photos to make your evaluation of condition. Catalin just has one tiny nick to top section otherwise good! It is “OH SO DECO” FABULOUS! This lamp stands 44 cmto the top of the shade & 10 cm at the base. This lamp is completely rewired to BSI standards, with 3 amp old style cloth wiring, fuse, & earthed. On/ off button switch to bc lampholder. The gallery and bc lampholder are modern replacements for safety reasons. Plug will be removed when dispatched to abide by the rules of the sale of secondhand electrical goods.
