WOW what a stunner. This is as good a CATALIN PHENOLIC ART DECO table lamp as you will find! Presented in orange graduated stepped Zigurat sections, with chrome details and chrome base. Married up with a wonderful complimentary shade in a stepped design that mirrors the lamp beautifully in a super caramel hue that sets off the orange catalin. This is a genuine quality vintage lamp from the DECO age of the thirties. In in good condition for an item in excess of 75 years old. Please see photos to make your evaluation of condition. It is “OH SO DECO” FABULOUS! This lamp stands 17 inches to the top of the shade & 4 inches at the base. This lamp is completely rewired to BSI standards, with 3 amp old style cloth wiring, fuse, & earthed. On/ off button switch inline to wire about 40 cm from lamp. The gallery and bc lampholder are modern replacements for safety reasons. Plug will be removed when dispatched to abide by the rules of the sale of secondhand electrical goods. This is a rare chance to aquire a great ART DECO lamp. They don’t come around every day. This would make a great addition to an Art Deco interior.
