In the case of possibility of restoration, please send us an estimate of the restorations costs of a local restorer – (written the restorer´s business letterhead) – and / or statement of the diminution of item´s value that resulted from the damage it sustained during transit. We accept bank transfers to our Austrian account in EURO currency within the EU and other countries with using IBAN and BIC as following. We accept following payments: personal checks and cashier´s check.
