Vintage Art Deco Floor Lamp by COLONIAL PREMIER COMPANY, Chicago, Il. It is a 5 bulb lamp. One in the base and 4 up top. The center top bulb has a larger bulb socket. I did get it to work by jiggling the switches. At this point I would say it needs to be rewired and restored. It shows a lot of wear from age and use with oxidation, scuffs, scratches, discoloration and areas of surface rust. There is a plastic ring that let the light shine through on the base that is old, discolored and distorted. It measures approximately 56 inches tall from the floor to the top center large bulb socket and has a 11 diameter base. This will be a large somewhat heavy box.
