Well made, handsomely designed pair of Holophane fixtures. These were uninstalled years ago and have been in dry storage ever since. All original condition, I gave fixtures a cursory clean up as it was dusty, could be further cleaned/polished to make the finish come out even further. These are heavy duty and are suitable for home or commercial use, very rare fixture. Please do not leave negative/neutral feedback.

This is a solid brass fixture modeled after the classic Victorian designs of the early 20th century. Brass components have been hand-aged in our shop to achieve an authentic patina-the finish is real, not painted, and will grow continually richer over time. The flame finial atop the arm recalls its roots in early gas lighting fixtures, many of which were later converted to electric. We’ve used the very best parts for this beautiful piece. Built of solid heavy cast bronze, and finished with wonderful 1930s period fittings. Standing on a solid heavy bronze triangular stepped base with classic bronze border, and fine quality wool mix green felt baize covering to the underside. The two-staged bronze die-cast art deco design column features a mid-height solid bronze globe, above which the column tapers outward to support a decorative top circular stage. The traditional 1930s switched heavy bronze bulb holder with its original bronze E22 bayonet cap fitting compliments the lamp beautifully and supports the early 1930s bronze ventilated GECORAY cup gallery with its original bronze thumb screws.
