On offer is an Art Deco metal table lamp featuring a dolphin on the base and a reverse painted glass shade. It is circa 1925. It measures almost 34 cm high. It is in good working order. It has the original paint, patina and shade. There are marks on the lamp and some paint loss as per photo 1 commensurate with its age as per the photos that form part of the description. This lamp is very cool and works! My understanding they made this in two models and this is the electrified version that you rarely ever find. This one doesn’t have any chips, cracks, or flea bites. The socket has tarnish and wear but it has newer wiring and everything appears in good functioning order. The top 12 1/2 inches about 3 1/2 inches in the middle and about 4 1/4 inches wide by 3 5/8 at the bottom. I left some typos for the haters to study?? Circa: Mid 20th Century. Maker: UL Portable Lamp. Beautiful art glass globe table lamp mounted on cast metal dolphin base, 20th century, rewired with inline switch. Base Is 3 dolphins with amber art glass and marbled orb on the top. Measures 8 3/4 inches tall. Nice clean pre owned condition. The cord has a cut on it; maybe a little electrical tap, see last pic. No chips or cracks.

This lamp has simple shape with three dolphins as the main decoration. The base is signed by renowned Art Deco metalsmith and designer Oscar Bach. Condition: Some areas of tarnish and oxidation on brass or bronze body. Top finial is slightly bent, could be corrected by a lamp repair person if it was re-wired. The bronze may have originally been silverplated. Height 30 3/4 Inches 78.3 cm. Width 7 7/8 Inches 19.9 cm.
