This lamp is a hand painted watercolor Art Deco style one of a kind art piece by designer/artist Frederick Cooper of Chicago. The details are hard to photograph because of how stunning they are in person. Comes with original extremely high quality Frederick Cooper lamp shade as well. 5.5 Wide at Base. 12 Diameter Lamp shade. The item pictured is not a stock photo. Photos presented are the exact item you will receive. In 1923, Frederick Cooper, a Chicago artist, established a studio to create beautiful sculpture and watercolor paintings. American architecture was in its heyday in the Windy City. Cooper was drawn to the still fairly new invention of lamps.
