Antique Art Deco Dancing Nymphs/Ladies/Flapper Lamp W/Amber Brain Style Globe. We are starting to liquidate many of our collectible pieces. We keep getting more and just do not have the room for them. They are in excellent condition unless we list otherwise. Some are also new, which we will indicate. The first 2 are Art Noveau style while this piece is Art Deco. Vintage Art Deco Brain Globe Lamp. Only the wire was new. All of the original components were kept. We have always called this piece the “Dancing Nymphs Lamp” Other people refer to it as the Dancing Ladies or Flapper Ladies Lamp With an Amber Brain Globe/Light. We have never been sure of the material. We have always thought it was primarily copper. We thought that because of the coloring underneath the patina. Check the pictures and you might see why we think that. It measures just over 11″ tall and 7 ” wide. The power cord is about 3.5′ long. Vintage Art Deco Brain Lamps could be made from Copper, or incorporate copper as part of their design along with other metals like brass or bronze or spelter to create a contrasting or layered effect. Spelter/frankart Art Deco lamp with uranium brain style globe. This is an overall great condition please review the photos awesome patina the globe is a little dirty and does have a little bit of a rough edge on one side very slight and then a tiny chip which really is negligible… Please review the pictures as they are part of the description and show the condition fully from all angles. The globe does sit normal in the fitter but I had it sitting there crooked so please ignore that part of the photo it does sit nice and flush like it should. I have many uranium brain globes on my art deco lamps, they are varying in their shades of green I have some that are a little lighter some that are kind of in the middle and some that are a really rich green they have a fantastic glow.

Nude Electric Boudoir Lamp with Original Glass Brain Ball Shade Globe Art Deco. Thank you for your interest in this art deco, boudoir lamp in working condition. I rewired it with period style wiring 7 ft. And period style plug so it’s all set to go. The piece weighs approx 3lbs. It measures approx 9 inches in length, 5 inches in width (globe width), and 8 inches in height. The brain globe is a honey color, or very light amber as seen in the photos and is clean with no cracks or chips. There are a couple of cracks in the spelter but I believe they were part of the manufacturing process as there is no damage to the stand. One crack is under the brain globe (unnoticeable) and the other two are underneath the stand along the interior of bottom two edges (also unnoticeable). I would recommend attaching some felt to the bottom of the piece so as not to scratch your furniture. I’ll leave that choice up to you. Also it will be insured.
