Antique Original 1930s 40s Art Deco Glass Hobnail White Ceiling Light Fixture
This gorgeous ceiling light fixture embodies the elegance of Art Deco and Nouveau styles with its white enameled interior and clear glass large hobnail accents. Its medium size makes it perfect for any room in need of a touch of antique Art Deco charm. Dating back to the 1930s and 1940s era, it is an 100% original fully functional antique piece. The semi-flush mounting is perfect for lower ceilings and those looking for a statement piece that will not go unnoticed and spark conversation every time. The original thick glass shade and accenting glass decretive stem are in fair antique condition overall. There is some slight scraping in areas on the white enamel, and some small shale chips on the outer raised edges. The original beige enameled ceiling base has some age patina spotting scattered throughout but overall way above average for an original finish mount. There are a few line striations in the bottom face of the glass from the glass molding process. All imperfections on the glass are purely superficial with no major cracks or broken areas. There are some slight imperfections such as natural air bubbles as well but overall nice for antique glass this age. This fixture is 100% original from when it was removed from service. The light has been thoroughly cleaned and lightly polished to bring back its beautiful shine. The light has been tested and works perfectly, please keep in mind the electrical is original, any electrical upgrades will be to the new owner’s discretion. Thank you for looking!
