Art Deco Lamp Leapfrog Alabaster Sphere Antique School Boy Child Light Onyx
Offering this elegant antique Art Deco era table or desk lamp in the form of a school boy playing leapfrog atop an alabaster sphere. The sphere serves as the shade and lifts off. It has a spelter base, and both the base and boy have a gold finish. There are striations in the stone, but none that I can feel with my nail, so I do believe they are natural. The gold finish looks great for its age. There is some tape on the cord on the underside, but the lamp lights right up when plugged in. Measures about 12 1/2″ tall and 4 1/2″ wide.
