Metal Art Deco Lady Statue by Everlite N. An artful Lamp made from metal: Art Deco Lady holding light, with arms raised. The lamp is made by Everlite of Brooklyn, New York. Lamps and statues like this were subject to a lawsuit in 1935. Frankart as assignee of Arthur von Frankenberg filed suit against Everlite Co. The courts ruled that there was an infringement and Frankart was entitled to an award, making this statue a rare commodity as a limited run. The back of the foot is marked EVERLITE MFG. Both were based on the design artistry of Max Le Verrier. The lamp wiring was redone with modern wiring. It takes a standard bulb. WEAR Minimal DIMENSIONS 31 in.
