Antique / vintage Eileen Gray Jumo art deco desk lamp
This is an original Jumo desk lamp manufactured in France. The design is attributed to Eileen Gray. It’s beautifully designed, pivoting at the base and swiveling at the shade, allowing light to be directed at a wide range of angles. It’s made from metal, with the appearance of a wood grain. This particular lamp is in very nice condition for its age. There are a few marks here and there, and some tarnishing to the chrome, but overall, it looks fantastic. It’s on its original European 2-pin plug, but a UK adaptor will be provided for free. It takes a pair of BC bayonet bulbs. The pair of new bulbs in the photo will be included in the sale. Like any original vintage electrical items, I’d recommend getting it PAT tested and or/rewired for regular use.
