Antique vintage 1930s Eileen Gray Jumo art deco / bauhaus era lamp
This is a lovely original Eileen Gray designed lamp manufactured by the French company Jumo in the prewar era. It was designed in 1934. It’s a beautifully elegant and functional design that epitomises the style of the art deco era. It’s in good condition. There are some imperfections here and there in keeping with its age. Have a good look at the photos – I can always provide more if desired. It functions perfectly well, but as with all vintage electrical items, I’d recommend you get it tested and possibly rewired by a qualified electrician. It’s fitted with a European 2-pin plug. I will include a European adaptor for free, but you could obviously put a UK plug on it if you prefer.
