Offering for your selection this unique Rare Rene Lalique Nivernais Lamp with Original Lamp Hardware & Crystal Finial by Lalique Art Glass Company Designed in 1927. This wonderful Art Deco mold blown streamlined R. Lalique glass is from the machine age. Superb design and quality to opalescent glass Made in France with High Style Design of the Art Deco Era. To top of finial x 5 1/2 Dia. At base, Glass 6 1/2 Ht. X 7 1/2 Dia. X 3 1/4 Dia. Opening at cap x 3 1/4 Dia. Marked in diamond pen R. 1005 on bottom edge (see pic). No chips, cracks or restorations. Minute flea bite on one panel edge, few air bubbles in the making. Wear to paint on lamp hardware and flaking to lamp cap and base, this could be restored by a professional restorer if so desired. (Note: I took several pics of wooden cap and base showing the pencil markings with same number “1005” as on glass portion). Recently rewired with gold silk cord and new plug.
