24 Vintage Art Deco, MID Century Painted Plaster Lamp Base Mint Green
24 tall to top of socket. One side has small chips as shown in the last pictures. The other three sides are good so as long as you keep that one side to the wall you wont even notice. I believe it is painted plaster. Im guessing this dates from around the 30s to 40s.
